you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend you read them carefully.
1. General
Postura Studios operates this website to sell art prints, frames and other related products. By using
this site, by using our services or purchasing you comply with these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update, modify or remove any part of the website or these Terms at any time without
prior notice.
2. Product Description
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Designs that are created in-house remain our intellectual property.
The other assets used on the website also remain our intellectual property.
Sizes of poster frames are 100% accurate to the displayed product.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product and all times.
3. Orders and Payments
In order to place an order, just scan the QR code to open a WhatsApp chat with us. There, you can send us
screenshot, poster name, poster number, either one. Make sure to include the size and the color of the frame
you want too.
In order to confirm your order, you are obliged to make 15-20% of the final amount as advance/conformation payment.
Your order will not be progress unless the payment is made. Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days from the day of the conformation.
Sales, discounts or any offers may have different terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Nepal through our partner couriers.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
Delays caused by couriers, weather, or various external factors are not in our control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed
deliveries due to incorrect details.
5. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We offer replacements for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
Provide a photo/video evidence of the issue.
Refunds will be offered for the orders out side Ring-Road. The option of replacement is provided for the
order inside Ring-Road only.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Color/Size difference caused by screen variations
Issues reported after the 48-hour window.
Custom orders are not returnable.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website including designs, images, text, branding and product visuals belongs to Postura Studios. Although you are allowed personal use of these assets, commercial use is forbidden without permission.
7. Privacy
Any personal your provide is used only for order processing and communication. We do not share any of your data
with third parties except delivery partners.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Nepal's legal system.
